Gift Aid Declaration Gift Aid Declaration Form - version to download and edit Gift Aid Declaration Form - version to print and write on   - Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate - we can reclaim Gift Aid from the tax you pay for the current tax year. - Recent changes by HMRC mean that your Gift Aid Declaration must now be in favour of the Area Meeting, any previous declarations in favour of local meetings are effectively cancelled. - The form asks for your name and address, and also asks you to acknowledge that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in a tax year - it is your responsibility to pay any difference. (There may be additional requirements if you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate). - Please let us know if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address, or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. - Give or send your completed declaration, or your notification of any change, to your Local Meeting treasurer, or to the Area Meeting treasurer (treasurer@hhq.org.uk)
